Through our counselling & Coaching sessions we empower young and marginalized people to
live up to their potentials. We support them in choosing their carreers, access
to language and vocational trainings and funding opportunities.

Providing better opportunities – We promote the development of personal capacities for
young and marginalized people.

We provide them with ample opportunities to participate in advanced training events
organized by YRA and partners.

Our trainings encompass various subjects in the fields of the sustainable
development goals (SDGs) and intercultural dialogue.

Raising awareness for young people. We run campaigns for strengthening youth inclusion,
especially in the fields of the SDGs, climate change, antidiscrimination,
education and entrepreneurship, among others.

Raising youth voices in decision making.

Young and marginalized people are represented minimally in decision making. To counter this under
representation, Youth Renaissance Africa mobilizes support for youth
involvement in leadership positions.

We engage at high level institutions (e.g. United Nations, the European Union, the German
federal government, as well as the African Union) by lobbying and networking in
ordert o make informed decisions on enhancing youth development.

Our primary mission is to facilitate dialogue between young people and policy makers.

Encouraging youth creativity and innovation. We design new inclusive projects to further
encourage people to become self-reliant. Strengthening start-ups and young
entrepreneurs to generate income and social capital.
